Good Friday

I have been drawn to my Bible because I can't help but think about Jesus on this day. What those minutes of this day were like. Suffering for something he had not done. Dying for sins he had not committed. An amazing love which had existed before the creation of the earth. Why He was willing to die such a cruel death for someone like me I will never understand. I guess that is why they call it Amazing Grace!

"He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. By his wounds you have been healed." 1 Peter 2:24
