Mmmmm... NAKANO Seasoned Rice Vinegars

I was contacted by NAKANO to see if I would be interested in trying a sample of their seasoned rice vinegars.    I wasn't exactly sure how to use them, but I was assured that the vinegar would come with a recipe booklet.    Since this is right up Little Guy's alley of trying new products, I quickly agreed.

We started searching through the recipe section of their website before our seasoned vinegar arrived and decided we wanted to try their version of the waldorf salad.
NAKANO's Wadorf Salad
INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp. NAKANO Seasoned Rice Vinegar – Original
Grated zest of 1 orange

Lettuce leaves, Boston, bibb or red leaf

DIRECTIONS
In a medium bowl stir together seasoned rice vinegar, orange zest and a generous sprinkle of nutmeg. Core and slice apples. Cut into smaller pieces and stir into bowl with dressing. Stir in celery and walnuts. Line salad plates with lettuce and spoon apple mixture on top.

Yes. And I JUST RAN OUT!!
Can you believe that?

I like the plain best but also use the garlic-infused.
