As of 9ish Central Standard Time on Friday, Andy's in surgery. Ramstein/Landstuhl is staffed by the military's finest and he's in the best place for care.
His sister Sarah says it appears to have been a sniper's bullet--small calibur and from a long distance off. Hopefully these two factors will work in Andy's favor.
